Rudi Baby is a request-and-confirm service, not an instant checkout. A person reads every request, so you always know what you're paying before anything is charged.
Send a request
Pick your gear and send a request. It costs nothing and books nothing.
We confirm within 24 hours
We check availability and reply on WhatsApp or by call with the full cost: rental, the flat KES 2,000 refundable deposit and any delivery fee.
Deposit + first payment
Once you're happy, you pay the flat KES 2,000 refundable deposit and the first rental period — securely by card or M-Pesa through our Paystack link, paystack.shop/pay/korababy. That locks in your dates.
Delivery
We deliver to your door in Nairobi, sanitised and safety-checked, and set the item up if it needs assembling.
Use it
Enjoy it for as long as you need. Want longer? Message us to extend.
Pickup / return
When you're done, tell us a day and we collect from the same address.
Deposit refund
We inspect the item and send your deposit back via M-Pesa, usually within 48 hours of pickup.
Questions parents ask
What is the minimum rental period?
One week for most items. Bundles have a two-week minimum.
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Anywhere in Nairobi. Delivery within the inner suburbs (Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, South B/C) is KES 500 each way; outer areas such as Karen, Runda, Thika Road and Kasarani are KES 800 each way. We'll confirm the exact fee with your quote.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected and never charged. If something is broken, stained beyond cleaning or lost, we deduct the repair or replacement cost from your deposit and explain the amount before doing so.
How do deposits work?
It's a flat KES 2,000 on every item, whatever you rent. You pay it before delivery through our Paystack link and get it back after we collect and inspect the item.
How do I extend a rental?
Message us on WhatsApp before your period ends. If nobody else has booked it, you just pay for the extra time — no new deposit.
Is the gear clean?
Yes. Everything is washed, steam-cleaned or wiped down with baby-safe products between rentals, and fabric parts are laundered.
